1:1 Energy Healing ​Session

~60 minute virtual sessions

I hold sacred space for your spirit to bring forth what is most present, for you to remember your inner wisdom, and anchor in the light of your higher self. You will leave the session with more insight, clarity, and tangible healing practices to integrate into your daily life.

1:1 Energy Medicine x Sound Healing ​​

~90 minute virtual or in-person (SF Bay Area)

 

​Treatments include an energy healing, with sound healing weaved throughout. I intuitively use my voice, crystal singing bowls, drums, & other healing instruments, tailored to your needs. 

Meditation, Mindfulness, & Sound Bath Offerings

I am delighted to facilitate conscious, mindfulness-focused group experiences, from private sound baths to meditation workshops. Whether it be for a retreat, team bonding event, birthday party, or other special celebration, I'd be happy create a nurturing & relaxing experience tailored to your vision.
